Dust control systems in underground works

tbj - Bag Jet Filter type SJF

The tbf Bag Jet Filter type SJF is a filtering dust collection system with fully automatic cleaning by blasts of compressed air specially developed for underground mining.

Thanks to an extremely compact and especially robust construction, the SJF series of the tbf Bag Jet Filter satisfies all the requirements for continuous, troublefree operation under the high stresses of underground operation.

In their mine-compliant construction and safe function, all the components of the SJF series contain the experience and know-how of TURBOFILTER gained from many decades in the industry. This includes a strong steel-plate housing with integrated filter bags, a compressed air cleaning system and alternatively a dust collection hopper underneath or a low profile double-chain conveyor with conveyance on the bottom run.

tbf double-chain conveyors, which are fastened under the filter housing with wedges, are usually equipped with tempered chains and a wear-resistant bottom plate.
