ALBATROS was founded in 1992 and is located in Upper Austria. ALBATROS develops and constructs special machinery and special plants for specific uses in the construction industry.

Our company employs five engineers and was founded in 1992 as an engineering consultant company. We develop and construct special plants and special machinery for the structural and civil engineering industry, for special underground engineering as well as for tunneling construction. Another field of activity is the buying and selling of used construction machines. In the field of special machinery, we offer technical solutions tailored to suit the needs of our customers. Our scope of services includes special lifting gear, plants for bridge inspection, railway-sleeper laying equipment and water power stations.

ALBATROS – Special-purpose solutions for special requirements

Concerning the realization of special-purpose solutions, such as craneway systems for turret slewing cranes or lorry tyre washing plants for large building site exits, gravel pits and waste dumps, ALBATROS is particularly powerful. Moreover, we developed a patented pipe fuse, which is used in trenchless laying of pipes (NO-DIG). For the field of trenchless laying of pipes an energy and supply station (NO-DIG Bentonite power unit) had been developed, which enables a trouble-free supply of the laying equipment with power, hydraulics and emulsion.
