CUTTERS TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS
We know cutters and we develop job-specific designs to provide your project with the cutters best suited for the job. We have the capability to produce assemblies and parts for units from 200mm (8”) to 483mm (19”) disc size ranges in configurations that include plain rings or carbide button rings in monoblock or replaceable ring designs.
CTS will work with your people to provide the best cutter for your hard rock, soft abrasive formations, mixed face, or EPB applications.

Many existing cutters are not optimal for hard rock applications. That's why CTS cutters combine proven technology with the latest design and metallurgical advances.
We produce 432 mm (17”) and 483 mm (19”) designs in a variety of mounting styles.

CTS-designed cutters incorporate subtle improvements that are not so subtle when it comes to improving performance and minimizing maintenance.

We design and build cutterheads for all types of machines as well as complete machines for specific geologic formations.

Your existing equipment deserves the most durable dress possible. That's why we'll work with you to provide the quality OEM substitute for your mounting configuration using proprietary CTS technologies.
We provide custom designed and manufactured assemblies for project specific applications. We offer duplicates of existing designs or improved designs that fit existing housings.

We offer different material options for the cutting discs that optimize performance in different rock formations. Available materials are:
