| Description |
The ITE Decanter ZR23053 Container Compact System is a self-contained, high-dewatering separation unit and comprises a 40’ heat-insulated container, a high-performance solid bowl centrifuge, an integrated liquid polymer mixing and dosing unit, an eccentric screw feed pump, a central cabinet, and further accessories. The additional 40’ Tank Container acts as elevation of the Decanter Container and comprises a 25m³ storage tank for the cleaned slurry, an internal staircase and storage room.
The integrated automatic polymer mixing and dosing unit is designed for preparation and dosing
of polymer solutions in the drilling fluid for feeding of the ITE decanter centrifuge ZR23053. The unit is controlled user-friendly by a touch screen display and a programmable logic controller (PLC). This integrated control system allows an automatic preparation and dosing process. The dosing of the polymer solution into the slurry circuit is controlled by measuring of flow rate. |
