In times of tougher markets and projects with high demands optimisation of process engineering is the key to success.
BABENDERERDE INGENIEURE GmbH supports you in the configuration of the process engineering. We cover the whole tunnelling process from the optimisation of individual work cycles to the complete conceptual design of the tunnel drive.
When working for clients as well as for contractors in the design phase or on a running project, we do not only rely on our experience but we also produce completely new strategies.
We support you but not exclusively with regard to:
- questions to various construction methodologies like
working under compressed air or conditioning at EPB
drives
- the use of settlement reducing techniques like additional
face support system or a pressurised steering gab,
- general but also in special applications of the tunnel lining
like the extruded concrete or a flexible stop end shutter for
an optimal ring gab grouting,
- all techniques to measure and gather data related to the
tunnel drive like track scales at EPB drives, measurement
of overcuts or the complete collection of the drive data with
our own computer program Tunneling Process Control
(TPC) and
- the selection of the most suitable construction materials
like the tail void grout or the recipes of support fluids.
