Description
Using its extensive underground and surface drilling equipment range, deilmann-haniel mining systems is producing customised drill feed attachments for excavators for every type of application.
The use of high-grade steels and high-precision machining processes for the construction of the prismatic profiles and sliding elements results in an exceptional service life and ensures optimum gliding and sliding characteristics
For extension drilling and pipe umbrella installation work the drill feeds can be fitted with hydraulic drill-steel guides (clamps) and gripper systems. The gripper units and guide elements are designed for easy replacement. A special version is also available on which the forward gripper-guide system can be swung out of line to allow the insertion of rockbolts with face plates. Special versions are also available for pile-driving.
High functional reliability is ensured through the use of purpose-built cable and radio remote control systems that have been specially designed to give continuous service. The use of digital and proportional control technology allows precise, rapid positioning of the drilling attachment.
