In the order of a well-known building contractor (approx. 600 employees, several locations in Germany) we are looking for a quantity surveyor (m/f) for the area of civil engineering (main emphasis tunnel and power station works).

Your tasks:
- responsibility for the exact building price inquiry on schedule concerning projects (mostly large-scale projects) in the area of tunnel construction and power station works
- obtaining and assessment of offers
- check and assessment of advertising documents
- supply construction and participation in contract negotiations
- cooperation at the development and assessment of special suggestions
- cost control and after-calculation during the project carrying out
- close cooperation with internal speciality departments
