(1)Cutting Wheel. (set of 3 ud)
CW-1: OD2,040 m (80,3 in). It has 11 unit of 305 (12 “) cutting disk for rock. Check picture.
CW2: OD1,916 m (75,4 in). It has 34 unit scrapper for soft ground. Check piture.
CW3: OD 1,916 m (75,4 in).It has 48 unit scrappers for soft ground.

-OD 1.880 m (74.0 in). Lenght=3.280 m (11 ft) (including rock CW). Weight=23000 daN (51600 lb) (aprox) (with extension kit and rock cutting wheel)
-Suitable for CW 2 and CW 3 WITHOUT extension kit. With extension kit CW1 is used.
-Cone crusher independent of the CW. Can be used with CW1 and CW2 and CW3.
-Peripheral drive.
-Electro- hydraulic drive system for high torque peripheral drive equipped with 3 unit of h-motor Poclain MSE-18 that provide up to 235000 Nm. (173300 ft*lb)
-Grease system for greasing and sealing.
-Central access to cutting wheel trough diameter 0,66 m (2.2 ft) front door for cutting tools replace.
-Steerable head equipped with 3 steering ram with stroke 0-40 mm (0-1.6 in).
-Position laser based systems ACS-PJ/S from TACS gmbh . Machine have operated for curved drives with stand alone SLS-RV (VMT gmbh) and ELS-Gyro or ELS-HW from Herrenknecht A.G.
-Slurry system with two modes of operation. Standard flushing mode for operation in sand or loose material. Jet mode for operation in sticky/rock materials
-High pressure nozzles available in crushing cone and crushing chamber for operation with sticky ground.

-PLC Simetic S7 controlled system. Pilot see all data on computer screen in the control container.

-Suitable for long distance drives in hard rock.

- Jacking cylinders (2 unit) total trust 8000 KN (4000 KN each one) (1797 Kip total / 898 Kip each). They allow to push pipe length up to 3,5 m (11,6 ft).
-This jacking frame allow to make shafts of reduced dimensions, Length=8 m Width=6 m (26.6 ft x 20 ft) (including space for start gate and reaction wall)
