(i) Yamuna Expressway Project involving construction of Six Lane
Access Control Expressway (165 Km long) with Real Estate development on
(150 Lacs) Sq. mt along it.
(ii) Ganga Expressway Project involving construction of Eight Lane
Access Control Expressway ( 1047 Km long) with Real Estate development
on (1230 Lacs) Sq. mt along it.

Expressway Construction Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead, direct, monitor the project team and consultants.
Be responsible for the budget preparation and control in line with the company's business strategy and goals.
To ensure the successful completion of the project within the approved budget, time and quality expected.
Direct, manage and monitor overall project schedule and budget, with regular proejct audits and tracking of project's progress and conduct project meetings.
As part of the construction management, the person should manage and ensure contractor's work comply with laid down specifications and guidelines.
Ensure effective construction management, including the control of site progress, resolutions of site problems, control of site meetings, ensuring quality of works and others.
Lead and liaise with the various consultants for design work.
Lead and liase with the govermment authorities for the approvals.
Able to effectively source and build up a data bank for esearch and market intelligence for the successful planning and implementation of development programmes.
To set up a property management unit for the eventual management of the completed property.
Ppreapre weekly/monthly management report, budget and cashflow that may be required by the Company.
Recommending policies, processes, procedures and systems to promote work efficiency and mimimise risk exposures.
Any othersduties that may be assigned when deemed necessary and at the discretion of the company.
Requirements:
Applicants must be willing to work in India
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Real Estate Construction Manager
Responsibilities:
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a career spanning at least 10 years, working within the top structural consultancies around the world and have significant experience with multi-storey design.
Leading and managing teams that thrive on attention to detail and client satisfaction you will be technically knowledgeable in all aspects of structural engineering for multi-storey design and have reputation for getting the job done.

Requirements:
Applicants must be willing to work in India
Degree in Structural Engineering /Building Technology/Construction Management or its equivalent.
Min. 10 years experience in Real Estate development, Construction/Building/ Project Management.
Self motivated with the ability to lead and motivate staff towards excellent performance.
Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
Planning Manager (Expressway & Real Estate)
Responsibilities:
Due diligence, feasibility studies, concept design & detailing, urban planning and primary estimation of projects are a part of the responsibilities.
You will be responsible for directing professional Consultants and assuming responsibility for value engineering and timely deliveries.
Extensive working knowledge of the following :
1. Developing Work Breakdown Structure
2. Earned Value System
3. Resource loading and monitoring
4. Project Calendars
5. BCWS Progress S-curves for Cost & Resources
6. Manpower / Equipment histograms
7. Cost loading profiles
8. EOT substantiations
9. Retain logic scheduling
10. Resource assignment matrix
11. Organization breakdown structure
Project Reporting
Familiar with construction workflow and processes in accordance with CESMM3
Compilation of monthly reports with KPI charts
Applicants must be willing to work in India
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
Candidate must have experience in liasing with master developers, design consultants, regulatory bodies & governmental authorities in identifying and undertaking current & future development plans.
Must have at least 5-7 years working experience preferably with Property Developers especially with Hi-rise Residential OR Commercial Projects exposure.
Must be fluent in English both written and spoken
