Please note that we are urgently in need of the following categories of persons for one of our Clients Tunneling Project based in Asia.
The project is being executed with a Double Shielded Hard Rock Tunnel Boring Machine of diameter 10 m. Thus the candidates MUST have exposures to the above mentioned. Precast segmental lining will also be erected simultaneously. This is altogether different from the micro tunneling.
TBM, backup and related support services
TBM Engineer - 15
To supervise Robbins work and to coordinate various TBM related activities with Robbins and staff. Reporting to TBM Advisor / site in charge.
General Foreman - 15
To Coordinate activities of support team assisting Robbins (Shift)
TBM Foreman Mechanical - 10
To Supervise TBM related maintenance activities under guidance of Robbins thru maintenance team (shift)
TBM Foreman Electrical - 10
To Supervise TBM related maintenance activities under guidance of Robbins thru maintenance team ( shift)
Foreman cutter Workshop - 10
To Supervise activity in cutter shop in shift. Report to Robbins.
Foreman Conveyor - 10
To Supervise erection and maintenance of a continuous conveyor head the maintenance team of a maintenance contractor.
Foreman Loco - 10
To supervise maintenance of Schoma locomotives (shift)
Ring Building supervisor - 10
To Supervise the ring building activity (shift)
Grouting Supervisor - 10
To supervise the backfilling and grouting activity (shift)
Precast segment factory:

Precast Plant Superintendent - 5
To Supervise the production work at precast segment plants.
Quality Control Engineer - 5
All QC aspects of precast segment factory
Foreman shutter maintenance - 8
To assemble and maintain the precast segment moulds (shift)
