ANFO MIXING EQUIPMENTS
ANFO being an extensively used product by the mining industry conventionally is hand mixed in a tray which exposes ANFO to dirt and humidity. Moreover, if more quantity is required then more hands are to be engaged. To overcome the above limitations as well as to provide pure homogeneous ANFO we have developed mixers which are approved by the Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur, India.
ANFO MIXERS
1. ANFOMIX
ANFOMIX is a small light unit which can be operated by one person and is suitable for small ANFO users.
Capacity: 175 kg/hr
2. MIXONOL (MANUAL)
Mixonol is a stainless steel mixer available in two sizes with batch capacity of 50 & 100Kgs.
Capacity: 600Kgs -1Tonne/hr
3. MIXONOL (MOTORISED)
Mixonol is available in electrical and pneumatic version. Capacity: 1 Tonne- 2 Tonnes/hr
PORANOL PNEMATIC LOADER (ANFO LOADER)
One can choose from the two models available for quick loading of bore holes through antistatic hose by pneumatic pressure given as under;
1. PORANOL A
PORANOL A can be strapped on the back for pressure loading of small diameter bore holes. Detachable HDPE containers of “ANFOMIX” can be used for this unit.
2. PORANOL B
PORANOL B consists of a pneumatic trolley type loader of higher capacity of 50Kgs and 100kgs at a time.
SITE ANFO MIXING AND CHARGING UNIT
A versatile unit for site mixing and charging, the Site ANFO Mixing & Charging Unit is ideal for medium and big mining projects where large quantity of ANFO is used.
